Anna Maria โAnkโ van der Moer (1912 โ 1983) was a Dutch actress. Considered one of the greatest Dutch actresses of the 20th century, Van der Moer was often called the โQueen of the Leidsepleinโ (the theatre hotspot of Amsterdam). Famous for her stage performances in classic plays like Shakespeareโs Macbeth, Vondelโs Gysbrecht van Amstel, Chekhovโs Three Sisters, Tennessee Williamsโs The Rose Tattoo and both Euripidesโs and Goetheโs version of Iphigneia, she also appeared in several Dutch films.
