Kazuko Sugiyama (ζε±± δ½³ε―Ώε, Sugiyama Kazuko, April 9, 1947) is a Japanese voice actress, narrator, stage actress, and professor at the Osaka University of the Arts (voice actor course in the Department of Broadcasting).
